IBM Unveils Tag Management Strategy, Releases Digital Data Exchange & Enterprise Analytics Applications

Regional User Groups Forming
The combined IBM EMM team (Unica and Coremetrics) has just announced the creation of regional user groups (RUGs) for customers using Unica and Coremetrics solutions. Attendance at the RUGs is free to customers, who will hear tips and tricks from other EMM users about how to make the most of the products they already have. In addition, key product management and marketing staff will be on hand to discuss new product features. The first EMM RUGs will occur in New York City, NY and Atlanta, GA in early November. Additional dates and locations will be announced soon.

Transfer of Business Processes Finalized
A little over year ago, on August 2, 2010, IBM completed the acquisition of Coremetrics. IBM is firmly committed to you, our customers, and your Coremetrics product investment and is pleased to announce that on October 18, 2011, IBM is planning to finalize the integration of Coremetrics into IBM. On that date, customer contracts with Coremetrics will be managed by IBM. Information about doing business with IBM is now posted online for your reference.

User Conference Comes to Madrid

The IBM EMM team is pleased to announce this year's conference for European customers using IBM's Coremetrics and Unica marketing solutions. Called Marketing Innovation Summit 2012, the conference will be held in conjunction with the IBM Smarter Commerce Global Summit – Madrid, May 22-24, 2012. (Note: A Marketing Innovation Summit is also planned for North America in September so stay tuned for details!)
The detailed Marketing Innovation Summit 2012 conference agenda is in development right now.
